A job appears here only when the customer has agreed. We name the town, never the address.
Our own photographs

Photos are taken on the job. No stock images, and any drawing is labelled as an illustration.
Dated and specific

Each write-up gives the month the work finished, the services involved and the paperwork issued.

How each write-up is laid out

The same sections every time, so you can compare jobs and see what was found, what was done and what paperwork the customer received.

01 · The problem: What the customer noticed or needed, in their words.
02 · What we found: The cause, or the condition of the installation.
03 · What we did: The work carried out, and anything agreed along the way.
04 · Testing and paperwork: How the work was tested and which certificate or report was issued.
05 · Photographs: Before, during and after, taken on the job.
06 · Outcome: Where things stand now, and anything left for later.
