Which areas do you cover?

We cover every London postcode, plus listed towns in Kent, Essex, East Sussex and West Sussex. Our Areas We Cover page lists the towns, and you can check your postcode there. If you are close by but not listed, send us your postcode and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Can you help with an urgent electrical problem?

Emergency call-outs available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call us on 020 3883 1321 and describe what is happening.

How do quotes work?

You tell us about the job, and we may ask a few questions or for photos. Some small jobs can be assessed from photos; larger jobs need a site visit or survey. Quotes are free. Some survey or diagnostic visits may be charged: ask when you book. You then receive a written quote, and nothing goes ahead until you approve it.

Is sending an enquiry the same as booking?

No. An enquiry lets us understand the job. We will contact you to discuss it, and dates are only confirmed once you have accepted a quote and we have agreed them with you.
